Planning Board Minutes
August 13, 2024
Present: Jeff Osgood, Gerry DeBonis, Sara Tobias, Rich Dufresne
Call to order by Jeff Osgood at 6:04 pm
Motion to approve the minutes of 7/9/2024 (Dufresne/DeBonis). All in favor, motion carried.
Review of the Grouleau subdivision moved to the September 2024 meeting.
Preston Farmstand – the signs have been revised, the stand is on wheels. Motion that conditions for the Preston Farmstand have been met and the site plan is approved (DeBonis/Dufresne). All in favor, motion carried.
Mr. DeBonis spoke about the farmstand on the corner of Jarmany Hill Road and Rt. 123, stating that he thinks it is a hazard if people are parking on Jarmany Hill Rd. Mr. Dufrense will bring Mr. DeBonis’ concern to the Select Board.
RV ordinance – discussion about parking RVs for storage. This ordinance will need a public hearing and will then need to go to Town Meeting for a vote. Motion to approve the RV ordinance, as approved by the Planning Board, be brought to a public hearing (DeBonis/Tobias). All in favor, motion carried.
