Planning Board Minutes
April 9, 2024
Present: Jeff Osgood, Gerry DeBonis, Sara Tobias, Rich Dufresne
Call to order by Jeff Osgood at 6:06 pm
Motion to approve the minutes of 3/13/2024 (Tobias/DeBonis). All in favor, motion carried.
Discussion about an RV ordinance. Osgood has looked at a lot of different towns regarding the definition of RVs and submitted proposed definitions. Osgood then submitted the beginning of a proposed ordinance. Tobias suggested some changes to the wording. There was discussion about the number of RVs that might be allowed on a property. Tobias suggested that more research be done.
Osgood mentioned that the changes approved at Town Meeting need to be added to the Ordinance. Osgood will ask Rory Goff to make the changes.
The next meeting date is 5/14/2024 at 6:00 pm.
