The Town Clerk has a person interested in the Deputy Town Clerk position, she will keep the Board updated.

Sandy Eneguess:
The parking area at the Meeting House has been sealed and striped.
Paving on Nashua Road may begin in a week or so. Flaggers will probably be needed.

Ken Callahan:
Has readjusted the vent boot in the roof, he will check it after the next rain storm.

Gina Goff:
Submitted a list of projects that should be done around the Meeting House and Brick Schoolhouse for the Board’s review. This will be put on the agenda for the July 2024 meeting. The Board asked for a prioritization of the projects.
Rory Goff:
Asked for an update on the water issue, and if the Board had any thoughts for the cooling of the Meeting House. Bowles stated no to the second question. Mr. Goff said he is mainly concerned about the Town Clerk area for cooling, which is about 500 square feet. Is it possible to get a portable air conditioning unit? Deb Harling offered to loan a window air conditioning unit to see if this might help. In terms of the water issue, Dufresne got a quote from AquaAid for treatment systems. There is no budget for any type of treatment system at this time. Sandy Eneguess suggested treating the well with bleach and flushing the system out, then having the water tested again before the Board spends money on treatment systems. Ken Callahan agreed with Eneguess. Eneguess will treat the well and a new test will be done.

Mr. Bowles:
Discussed the internal regulator leak in the generator and asked if anyone had any recommendations for a generator repair company. Eneguess has the names of some generator repair companies and will forward these to the office.
Update on the Conval Withdrawal Committee, there was a meeting on Thursday, 6/14/24. The Committees from both Dublin and Francestown have not been responsive to requests of the official committee to meet with them. These committees were very active in ramping up support for the passage of the warrant articles in their towns.

Mr. Shomody:
Appreciative of the clean-up that has been done on Spring Hill Road, but is very disappointed that it did not take long for more trash to be dumped on the road. There was discussion about how to try and deter littering.

Karen Shea Dufresne:
The party planning group met on 6/18/24 and has set a tentative date of 9/15/24 for a community potluck supper.

Motion to adjourn – Dufresne

Meeting adjourned at 6:52 pm.

Minutes taken by Debra Harling. Approved on 07/16/2024.
