Planning Board Meeting
Mr. Joyner opened the regular meeting at 6:30 pm.
Mr. Joyner introduced Deb Harling and explained that she will now be taking the Planning Board minutes, which will allow all Board members to fully participate in meetings.
Motion to approve the minutes of 12/12/2023 (Callahan/Osgood). All in favor, motion carried.
Discussion of the public hearing, motion to proceed with the recommended changes (DeBonis/Callahan). All in favor, motion carried.
Motion to elect Jeff Osgood as Chairman and Bill Joyner as Vice Chairman of the Planning Board (DeBonis/Callahan). All in favor, motion carried.
Motion to adjourn at 6:35 pm (DeBonis/Tobias). All in favor, motion carried.
