Sharon Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Sharon Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet at 5:30 PM on Thursday, January 16, 2025.
The meeting will be held at the Sharon Meeting House, 432 Route 123.
The Board will meet to hear a request from Mary Beck to operate a Home-based Business at her
home at 358 Spring Hill Road. Ms. Beck proposes the following uses:
- Music lessons
- Movement classes
- A live recording space
- Occasional house concerts (small chamber groups or soloists)
- Occasional supper clubs (invitation only)
- Gallery space for visual artists (appointment only)
