Planning Board Minutes
October 8, 2024
Present: Jeff Osgood, Gerry DeBonis, Sara Tobias
Call to order by Jeff Osgood at 6:05 pm
Motion to approve the minutes of 9/10/2024 (DeBonis/Tobias). All in favor, motion carried.
Review of the Grouleau subdivision moved to the November 2024 meeting.
Matthews ADU on Cross Road – this is being worked on, the septic and well need to be checked. This application may come before the Board in the spring for an attached ADU.
Osgood and Rory Goff are still working on the table of contents for the zoning ordinance.
The public hearing for the RV ordinance will be on November 12, 2024. The notice for the October date was not timely published.
Anne Booth – a neighbor seems to be adding sheds to their property that may be in the setback. There are tarp covered “sort of sheds” that may be in the wetlands. The Board felt that this appears to be a Select Board issue.
Next meeting 11/12/2024 immediately after the RV ordinance public hearing.
