Planning Board Meeting
November 12, 2024
Call to order by Jeff Osgood at 6:19 pm.
Motion to approve the minutes of 10/8/2024 (DeBonis/Joymer). All in favor, motion carried.
Pierre and Lori Grouleau informed the Board that Meridian has changed the project manager. The wetlands have been marked, and most of the survey has been done. They need to determine if there will be room for a house. There should be an update in December, if there is new information.
Guptill lot, Map 1 Lot 6, is under contract. The prospective owners are concerned about whether this is a buildable lot (36 acres). There is access on Rte 123, a driveway permit will be needed from the State of NH. Septic design will be needed.
