Planning Board Meeting
January 14, 2025
Present: Jeff Osgood, Bill Joyner, Rich Dufresne, Gerry DeBonis, Sara Tobias, Don Carrara- Alternate
Call to order by Jeff Osgood at 6:07 pm.
Motion to approve the minutes of the 12/12/2024 minutes (Dufresne/Tobias). All in favor, motion carried.
Pierre and Lori Grouleau have a problem with the driveway, it does not meet state regulations for sight distances, they are waiting for more information from the State of NH. This will be put on the February 2025 agenda/
Harris pit – Dufresne explained that the Sharon Town Attorney has spoken to Harris Constructions Attorney. Harris Constructions Attorney maintains that no permitting is needed in Sharon because the lot is contiguous with the Peterborough property. A suggestion has been made for a joint meeting with the Sharon Attorney, the Select Board and Planning Board.
The article number for the RV Ordinance will be XXVII (27).
