Planning Board Meeting
April 8, 2025
Present: Jeff Osgood, Sara Tobias, Gerry DeBonis, Don Carrara- Alternate
Call to order by Jeff Osgood at 6:05 pm.
Alternate Don Carrara.
Motion to approve the minutes of the 3/12/2025 minutes (Tobia/Carrara). All in favor, motion carried.
Harris pit – The Select Board has sent a notice of violation, denial of intent to excavate, and request of information to Harris Construction.
Ordinance work – Board members have been reviewing the proposed reorganization of the zoning ordinance. Rory Goff explained that he has been working on a table of contents for the ordinance, he found some formatting errors and other errors that he has started cleaning up. Tobias thought that some things may need to be tightened up to make them more understandable. Osgood suggested that the Board continue reviewing, suggest changes and then look at changing the order of some of the ordinances.
