Planning Board Meeting
December 10, 2024
Present: Jeff Osgood, Bill Joyner, Rich Dufresne, Gerry DeBonis, Sara Tobias, Don Carrara- Alternate
Call to order by Jeff Osgood at 6:03 pm.
Motion to approve the minutes of the 11/12/2024 public hearing and the 11/12/2024 meeting (DeBonis/Joymer). All in favor, motion carried.
Pierre and Lori Grouleau have some new information, but did not appear at this meeting. This will be put on the January 2025 agenda/
San-Ken site visit – Joyner and DeBonis walked the site with the engineering company. Everything seemed to be in accordance with the rules. They asked the engineering company to send a report.
Harris pit – excavation activity in Peterborough is causing a constant noise. Jonathan Shomody has been doing some research and does not believe that this former pit in Sharon is grandfathered, which means the company cannot do any work in Sharon without applying to the Planning Board to excavate.
The Select Board is working on a letter to send to residents and landowners regarding setback requirements.
